BootUp (“Building Our Own Technology Uplifting the People”) is a community-based technology education and empowerment program based at Community Forge.
We specialize in helping people of all ages learn the relevant technology skills they need to advance their career and personal goals, and assist participants in developing the mindsets to develop soft skills for success, along with transferable learning skills that will provide them with the ability to be viable in our rapidly evolving economy and society.
Program Hours & Schedule
Standard Schedule: Our regular After-School program meets daily, Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM, serving youth from grades 3–12.
Summer Shift (Beginning June 22): For the summer, our schedule will shift to Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
BootUp Summer Programming
Starting June 22, we will be hosting free summer programming specifically for youth in grades 8 and up.
It all takes place right here at the BootUp Headquarters @ Community Forge!
